“Moon Dance” is a title from a Van Morrison song. It is an etching with an acetate image superimposed on it. It is usually printed in Mars violet with a yellow tint, although many combinations have been used. Sometimes it is printed on Fabriano Rosa Pina paper for a different effect. The zinc plate I used took about twenty hours to make and the acetate image took about thirty hours to make. The print takes about one hour to wipe and print.
